Practice Administrator.... Elaine Jena

JoAnne Herrick began her medical management career with Delaware Eye Surgeons in 1989. She has extensive knowledge in all aspects of Ophthalmic management and is a member of the American Society of Ophthalmic Administrators and the American Society of Ophthalmic Executives. Her compassion and understanding have helped  find and retain the quality staffing that provide the exceptional care  our patients have come to expect. Lasik Coordinator....    Elaine Jena

Elaine Jena has been in the Ophthalmology field for over 20 years and is the refractive coordinator for Dr. Smith. Her previous experience includes being a refractive coordinator for Laser Vision Centers and The University Of Pittsburg Medical Center. Elaines extensive knowledge and ability put our patients in the best hands possible during the LASIK experience.
