Amanda Fichter, O.D.


Dr. Amanda S. Fichter graduated from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry with Clinical Honors in Pediatrics, Contact Lenses, Primary Care Optometry, Low Vision and Ocular Pathology. Dr. Fichter was President of West Virginia Optometric Student Association.

She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree from West Virginia Wesleyan College in Buckhannon, West Virginia. Dr. Fichter was inducted as a member into the Biological Honor Society , Beta Beta Beta.

Dr. Fichter has had extensive optometic training in geriatric optometry, low vision therapy as well as contact lenses, primary care, pre and post operative care, ocular pathology and pediatrics. She is a productive optometrist emphasizing quality care and excellent patient service. Dr. Fichter is an active member of the American Optometric Association , Delaware Optometric Association and The Lions Club.
